Kate Lyman is a wife, lover of the outdoors, nutrition coach, and founder of Kate Lyman Nutrition.

Being in the fitness industry for almost a decade now Kate combines her research and educational background with her fitness and nutrition experience to help individuals lose body fat, increase lean mass, and improve performance and overall health through evidence-based methods. Kate has built a successful nutritional coaching business that has celebrated 5 years recently. Kate and her growing team have helped hundreds of people to change their bodies and eating habits as well as breaking the myths around dieting and a healthy lifestyle!

Kate believes in good workout buddies, kindness, pink sugar cookies, long hikes, a 9 p.m. bedtime, and sharing evidence-based truth.

Kate has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a Master’s degree in Public Health, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
