Jenn Trepeck has been described as a “force of nature” in the wellness space. She is an Optimal Health Coach, Podcaster, and Business Consultant. Her time in the wellness space started in childhood. Growing up, Jenn was the skinny one in a family of dieters which was awesome (!) until it went away. So began her weight management saga. Learning the nutrition education we are all supposed to know but no one ever taught us, and the science behind food, fitness, and health is what allows Jenn to say she has “kicked her food issues”. From there, Jenn set out on a mission to pay it forward. After over a decade of working with clients, she decided to take her practice from side-hustle to full-time self-employment, and launch her podcast, Salad With a Side of Fries. Grounded in science, yet lighthearted in delivery, Jenn talks about living life while still making ourselves and our health a priority. When she finds some free time, she’s typically working out at Physique57, discovering hidden gem restaurants in NYC, or traveling to spend time with friends and family.
